CHAMPIONSHIP

Groups

• Players will be put into age groups based on their Junior or Amateur status. Below are the age groups and there will be a Male winner and Female winner for each age group.

• 13-18 Girls

• 13-14 Boys

• 15-18 Boys

• Amateurs Men & Women

Format

• This event is an individual STROKE PLAY event

• 13-18 age group and amateur golfers will play 18 holes each day (54-hole tournament)

Yardages

• Tournament committee will have the right to adjust based on the field size and ages of players in each age grouping. Below are approximate yardages:

MALES

• 13 -14 – 6100-6200 yards

• 15 -18 – 6700-6800 yards

• Amateur's  – 6700-6800 yards

FEMALES

• 13 -18 – 5700-5800 yards

• Amateur's  –  5700-5800 yards

Tee Times

• Tee times will be released 2 days prior to the event. Each day will consist of morning tee times starting at 7:30am in 9-minute intervals.

Rules

• This event will be played under USGA rules. All local rules and special announcements will be sent out via email the week of the event.

Rules Committee

• This committee will be made up of the Tournament Director and staff. All final rulings will be made by Tournament Director

Playoff Policy

• Each age group will have an opportunity to complete playoff on the course. Playoff holes will be determined by Tournament Director based on holes available. Playoff will be a sudden death format. In case of weather or darkness, we will go to scorecard playoff used in the LGC Playoff  Policy.
