Big News: Legacy Golf Championship Winners to Earn Spot in Steph Curry’s Underrated Tour Qualifier

A major opportunity has emerged for junior golfers competing in this year’s Legacy Golf Championship, as tournament organizers announce that the top boy and top girl finishers will receive an exclusive exemption into the Steph Curry Underrated Tour Qualifier, taking place July 2–4, 2025 at French Lick Golf & Resort in Indiana.

The announcement raises the stakes for players participating in the Legacy Golf Championship, which will be held June 13–18 in Montgomery, Alabama. The qualifier is part of NBA superstar Steph Curry’s Underrated Golf Tour, a national platform that is redefining access and opportunity for competitive junior golfers from underrepresented communities.

The Underrated Tour, launched by Curry in 2022, has quickly become a beacon of hope for youth golfers who possess talent and drive but lack access to elite-level exposure. Through this new partnership, the Legacy Golf Championship becomes a direct pipeline to one of the sport’s most impactful youth initiatives.

Now in its second year, the Legacy Golf Championship is more than just a tournament—it’s a celebration of excellence, heritage, and future promise. Hosted by the LEO Foundation, the weeklong event features:
